Where it came from
Years ago I found CritRoleStats — a project that tracked every roll, every crit, every kill across years of Critical Role; someone even turned the data into a book of charts. I thought it was one of the coolest things I’d seen, and I wanted it for my own table — not a team of fans with spreadsheets, just something automatic, for any group. That’s What We Rolled.
